After the hellscape that was last week, we know many of us are settling back into the week slow and perhaps uncertain. It's time to ground ourselves, recover and recenter self-care and community-care as a practice. ~

This Tuesday at 5:30 PM CT, you are invited to join bbatx for an online guided meditation and restorative stretch led by Nina Rose Bailey.

This session can be attended for free or by donation. You’ll receive a pre-event email at least 24 hours in advance, containing relevant links, schedule info and ZOOM meeting invitations.
